Refund Policy

MyAlgoMate provides digital products and development services. Custom automation is paid 100% in advance and is non-refundable, and fees are not refunded on the basis of trading outcomes.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of software, subscriptions, and services from Myalgomate Technologies LLP (“MyAlgoMate”, “we”, “us”). Because we provide digital products and development services, the terms below reflect the nature of that work. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Custom strategy automation and development services

  • Custom strategy automation is a one-time development service and requires 100% advance payment.
  • These charges are non-refundable. Once we begin work on your requirement, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Bug fixes are free if reported within the testing period specified in your estimate. Later changes, new features, and broker-side updates are chargeable.

2. Software subscriptions and product access

  • Subscription and product fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the subscription period has begun.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, for not using the software, or for any trading loss or missed opportunity.
  • If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using a product, contact us promptly — we will work in good faith to resolve it. Where we are unable to resolve a qualifying issue, any remedy is at our reasonable discretion.

3. What refunds do not cover

To be clear, we do not refund on the basis of trading performance or outcomes. MyAlgoMate provides technology only; it does not guarantee any profit or return, and trading results depend on your own decisions and on market and broker conditions outside our control (see our Risk Disclosure Statement).

4. Payments and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any bank, payment-gateway, or currency-conversion charges.

5. How to raise a request

If you believe you have a valid concern regarding a payment or service, contact us at info@myalgomate.com with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will review it in good faith.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is always available on this page.
