Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data MyAlgoMate collects, how we use and protect it, and your rights under India’s DPDP Act, 2023.
This Privacy Policy explains how Myalgomate Technologies LLP (“MyAlgoMate”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our website and services. We aim to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and other applicable laws.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:
- Information you give us through forms — such as your name, email address, mobile number, city and state, the details of a custom-automation or MT4/MT5 request you submit, any review you post, a job application, and any files you upload with a request.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or our contact forms.
- Usage and device data collected automatically when you visit the site — such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, and similar analytics data.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and to remember preferences (for example, your light/dark theme choice).
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your broker or exchange login passwords through our website or forms.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the products and services you request.
- To process and follow up on custom-automation, MT4/MT5, and other service requests, and to send you related updates.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- To understand how the site is used through analytics, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations.
3. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (with IP anonymisation enabled) and Microsoft Clarity for aggregated heatmaps and session insights (Clarity masks text and form-input content by default). These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run our services, including with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — for example our website hosting, our content platform (Sanity), email delivery (GoDaddy Professional Email), WhatsApp messaging, and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- For MT4/MT5 strategy-automation requests, the strategy details you enter (but not your email address or mobile number) may be recorded to a private Google Sheet that only we can access, so our team can review and build your request.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside India; where they do, we take reasonable steps for such transfers to be handled appropriately.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide our services, and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is always available on this page. Please review it periodically.
10. Contact / Grievance
