Role Overview: As a TeleCaller Executive, you will be the voice of the company, connecting with potential and existing clients to provide information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain our algorithmic trading software.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by following up on leads and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and update client information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address client queries effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, persuasive communication style, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a TeleCalling or customer service role.
- Familiarity with financial or trading software (not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
