## Where your orders run: your PC or your cloud

MyAlgoMate’s software runs on a machine you control: your own Windows PC at home or in the office, or a cloud server rented for your own use. Each order goes from that machine straight to your broker, through the broker’s official API.

## Static IP and the 2026 broker API rules

Since 1 April 2026, under SEBI’s retail algo-trading rules, orders sent through a broker’s API must come from a static IP address registered with that broker. If you trade several accounts, each one needs its IP registered with its own broker.

Do I need to know coding to use it?
